It is our responsibility to equip them with the best knowledge and make them able to shoulder their own responsibilities. Knowing this, we not only educate our students, but also prepare them to match the pace of the world. That's why, finally when they step out of school, the school is the only thing they will miss.

OUR CONSTITUTION

Rustomjee International School is an English medium High School conforming to guidelines set by the Mumbai Divisional Board (S.S.C. board), promoted by the Rustom Irani Foundation.

We strive to make learning fun through innovative approaches to education, because education is not the filling of a vase, but a kindling of a flame. We aim to ignite the spirit, liberate the creativity, and then let the pattern emerge in different forms and shapes. 

Rustomites are groomed to take on their roles as "The future architects of the nation". Through rigorous application of the mind, body and soul, we teach them that Success is not in never falling but in rising after every fall.

ADMISSIONS

The Secondary Section with strength of 2484 students and a staff of 91 teachers is headed by Mrs. Sahira Teerandaz. The school itself was established in the year 1999.

PROCEDURE

Generally, admissions are done on availability of seats. However, on a broader view, the points to note are :

Intimation period : 1st Week of April

Distribution of Addmission forms and Entrance Test: 3rd May to 15th May

31.01.10 - 15th  All Maharashtra Open Karate Championship (organised by Maharastra Sports Association of Thane) For the 1^st time Rustomjee International School received the Grand Championship Trophy, Akshita Shetty - 8H - Gold Medal and Grand Champion Trophy, 1st Girl from Rustomjee International School and this is 1st Grand Champion Title we have won in Kumite, Silver Medal in Kata, Akash Rao - 7A - Won Gold Medal in Kumite

30^th January’10 to 1^st Feb’10- Willingdon Athletic Competition 2009-10

Disha Vakharia won Individual Championship in U/12 Girls age group,  U/12  - Disha Vakharia - Shot Put- Gold Medal, 75 mtrs run - Gold Medal, 200 mtrs - Silver Medal, Aditi Golecha -  Long Jump -  Bronze Medal,  Shot Put -  Bronze Medal,  Paridhi Doshi -  Long Jump -  Silver Medal,  Dhyey Amlani -  Shot Put -  Bronze Medal, U/14 -  Sneha Bhat -  800 mtrs -  Silver Medal, U/16 -  Ankita Narvekar -  75 mtrs run -  Silver Medal,  200 Metres -  Bronze Medal

Results of Homi Bhabha Practical Exam 2009-10 - Exam was conducted on 3rd Jan'10 for Std VI and  10th Jan'10 for Std IX -  Std VI - 16 were selected for the practical exam, and Std IX - 2 were selected for the practical exam. 4 students cleared the Practical Exam and are awarded with Silver Medal.  From Std VI - Siddharth Mehta, Shantanu Vichare and Mounil Memaya and from Std IX Neeti Shah
